A barn has caught fire at a farm in Weymouth.
Firefighters are currently at the scene at Craig's Farm Dairy in Osmington.
Emergency services were called shortly after midday and firefighters from Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham and water carrier from Bridport are in attendance.
A spokesman for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Due to live electrics in the roof space, we are waiting for SEB to isolate the local electricity supply so we can tackle the fire.
"This will be done shortly as SEB have just got to the incident."
The fire service is advising residents to keep doors and windows closed.
A spokesman added: "We are advising local resident to keep doors and windows closed due to smoke in the area.
"We have had to request SEB to isolate the electrics in order for us to put the fire out. This may affect electricity supplies to the surrounding properties."
