A CRUISE ship estimated to cost $712million was spotted along the Dorset coast yesterday.
Celebrity Silhouette docked in Portland Port shortly after 10.30am and departed for Southampton where it will embark on a 7 day, round-trip of the Norwegian Fjords
Celebrity Silhouette is operated by Celebrity Cruise, a subsidary of Royal Caribbean Group, and was deliverd in 2011.
The vessel is registered in Valletta, Malta, and can carry nearly 3,000 passengers.
When delivered it was the fourth Solstice-class ship to be built by Mayer Werft and has since been followed by Celebrity Reflection.
