TWO people have been taken to hospital after a three-car crash in Weymouth.
The crash happened on the A353 Osmington Hill shortly before 8am Friday morning.
The road was closed in both directions between White Horse Hill and the Warmwell roundabout, which saw heavy traffic and drivers having to find other routes.
Public transport provider First Wessex also had to divert their morning bus services via Littlemoor road towards Dorchester.

Both Dorset Police and South Western Ambulance were on scene to manage the incident with the ambulance service confirming that they took two patients to Dorset County Hospital. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
The road reopened shortly after 10am.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We were called at 7.51am on Friday 15 July 2022 to a report of a three-vehicle collision on Osmington Hill in Weymouth. Officers were in attendance with the ambulance service.”
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 07:50hrs to a road traffic collision near Weymouth. We sent two double-crewed land ambulances and conveyed two patients by land ambulances to Dorset County Hospital.”
