Emergency services are responding to a large property fire that has broken out in Weymouth.
Firefighters have been called to what is thought to be a derelict building next to the Rembrandt Hotel on Dorchester Road.
A spokesman for the fire service said they first received a call at 8:06pm.
Seven firefighting crews, along with officers, are currently at the scene.
The spokesman said crews in attendance are from Weymouth, Dorchester and Portland.
They added it's a 'well-developed' fire and police are in attendance.
Weymouth and Portland Police said they were assisting the fire service and a number of road closures are in place.

One local resident, Justin, told the Echo: "We started smelling a strong fire & could see the smoke from the window. It looks like the back of the abandon building on Dorchester road and it was well ablaze when we saw it."
