A CAFÉ at the heart of Weymouth's seafront is up for sale.
The Good Life Café, on The Esplanade, is a five-storey building that overlooks the King George III statue and Weymouth Beach.
The café, which is on the market for £160,000, also has three flats which Lawrence Wright estate agents said could pay for entire rent of five-storey building.
The agents were informed that in 2021 with a late opening due to Covid-19 restrictions, the turnover of the café was approximately £74,000.
The agents believe that because of the size and location of the business in a full year that the turnover would well exceed £100,000, and new owners could take advantage of the 12.5 per cent Flat Rate Vat Scheme.
The agents are informed by the owners that the holiday flats are run as a separate business and therefore with takings for two flats informed at approximately £40,000.
Several public car parks are a short distance away.
