Dorset Highways maintenance crews have announced the next roads they’ll resurface as part of the ongoing effort to repair road damage.
‘Dorset Road Fix’ is part of £16 million highway maintenance project throughout the council area.
The maintenance is designed to prolong the life of roads by coating them with a waterproof seal that also increases skid resistance: with around 444,000m2 being resurfaced and restored this year.
To allow this work to take place safely, the area of the road being worked on will be closed. Daytime road closures are 9am to 4pm and night work is usually from 7pm to 6am.
