A MAN is due to appear in court in connection with an alleged assault outside a Wetherspoons in Weymouth.
It was reported that at around 2pm on Monday, March 14 a woman aged in her 20s was in The William Henry pub in Frederick Place with a man.
When they left the pub, the man allegedly took a pushchair from the victim, causing her to be pushed into a wall.
Josh Oxford, aged 21, Ringwood was arrested in connection with the incident and he has now been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, July 6 for an offence of assault.
