Catch is a seafood venue which focuses on elegant, ingredient-lead dishes, with sustainability at its very core - supporting the tradition of small fishing boats in Weymouth Harbour.
Just six months after opening Catch was featured in the Michelin Guide with its lobster bisque, which praised its 'fresh fish, ethically-caught seafood and its array of memorable dishes'.
A spokeswoman for Catch confirmed there are plans for looking at a second location nearby.
Mike Naidoo, executive chef of Catch at The Old Fish Market, said: "The feedback from customers and the local community in this first year has been amazing and this is what the team is most proud of.
"As we continue to explore and develop the menu, growing our own ingredients, working with more local and sustainable producers and showcasing the most sustainable seafood, I’m confident that Catch will continue to flourish."
Co-owner Sean Cooper said he was determined to create a 'circular economy' within Catch and its place in the local community.
He said: "We couldn’t be happier with the progress we have made in our first year, the team of chefs and front-of-house staff are outstanding and work with precision to provide the highest level of food and service.
"The consistency of their work from creating the ambience of the restaurant, to the variety on the menu means that our customers come back again and again. We are very proud to bring this offering to Weymouth, a fishing town with a rich history and beautiful harbour.
"The Old Fish Market is a historic building with a long life overseeing the fishing industry of the town. We're so pleased that we have been able to breathe new life into this iconic business and one year in we have big plans for the future."
The team also plans to grow its own produce on land owned by the business, providing more jobs within the local community and guaranteeing growing techniques and provenance to further commit to its sustainability pledge.
