When the time came to retire and pass their successful business on to new hands, they were in touch with Christie & Co’s Hospitality team once more.
The hotel presented a unique opportunity to new investors and proved a very sought-after property, receiving eleven offers after it launched to the market.
The successful new owners, Syed Hossain and Arifa Kalam bring with them a wealth of experience and skills.
Syed has amassed 15 years experience in the hotel industry, working up the ranks and holding senior roles in properties across the UK and Europe including IHG, Staycity Group, Hilton and Accor.
