POLICE patrols have been carried out in Poundbury following recent crackdown on anti-social behaviour in the area.
It follows attempts by police earlier this year in March to gather information about a small group of individuals that were using catapults in Dorchester town centre and Poundbury,
A spokesman from Dorset Police said: "Yesterday, (May 24) officers from Dorchester Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out a joint visit with Guinness Housing, to properties in Poundbury in relation to ongoing anti-social behaviour.
"We urge members of the public to report any such matters via 101 or online at the Dorset Police website as we work closely with other agencies to try and solve these matters."
Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on: 0800 555 111.
