A NUMBER of films have been announced for outdoor screenings in Dorset this year.
The 2022 Purbeck Film Festival is being launched with a number of open-air screenings of films including a Disney animation, an American musical classic and the latest James Bond thriller.
The films will be shown at a number of venues including National Trust's Corfe Castle and Durlston Country Park, both offering stunning backdrop for cinemagoers.

Disney's 2021 film Encanto will be the first film to screen, showing at Durlston on May 31 and taking audiences on a journey to the mountains of Colombia.
Other film screenings include 2018's post-apocalyptic horror film A Quiet Place on July 28 at Durlston, and 2021's musical comedy Sing 2 on August 26 at Corfe Castle.
Andrea Etherington, chair of the festival said: "We are delighted with the range of films being shown this year, offering a real treat to anyone wanting to watch great cinema in wonderful outdoor settings."
