Dorset Police's No Excuse team have 'temporarily relieved' five drivers of their vehicles this week.
In what the team have described as a busy week, they say the good weather has led to a variety of offences, including a steady ride in collisions.
Posting on their Facebook page, they said: "We have also relieved some drivers of their vehicles temporarily too."

The silver Golf had not been taxed since 2019, with the driver reported to the DVLA, a white Yaris was seized because a driver had "knowingly not insured it". They were issued with a fixed penalty.
The white Trafic van was stopped as officers suspected it may be driven by a disqualified driver. After checks which confirmed this, the driver was reported to court.

The driver of the BMW had not realised her insurance policy had been cancelled and was issued with a fixed penalty.
And the red Suzuki had been stolen.
"We located it, seized it and it will be returned to its owner. Enquiries ongoing to locate the thief. Stay safe", the post said.
