COMING to Durlston Country Park’s Fine Foundation Gallery this month ‘Weaving wood and stone’ will showcase 2D and 3D work, all handcrafted to celebrate form, texture and the beauty of tactile natural materials.
The unique work will be on display from Thursday, April 28 until Tuesday, May 10 in the Fine Foundation Gallery at the Purbeck beauty spot.
‘Weaving wood and stone’ will include work from artists including Caroline Sharp, Annie Sharp, Julia Polonski, Chris Legge and Benji Lowsley-Williams. It is curated by Julie Herring from Earth Art & Design Studio and will include forms of wood, wool, carved stone and clay, amongst others.
Durlston Country Park’s Shannon Dugdale said:“With such a wide range of artforms and styles from very talented artists and makers, I’m looking forward to seeing this exhibition come together.”

The exhibition will be open daily from 10:30am – 5pm and will have a variety of pieces for sale.
