TWO COASTGUARD crews were called after a woman slipped along the cliff path in west Dorset.
Lyme Regis Coastguard Team were called to the Seatown area after reports of a woman slipping on the cliff path on Friday evening (April 8).
The coastguard crew said the report stated the woman injured her ankle.
A spokesman from Lyme Regis Coastguard Team, said: "At 6.33pm, we received a report of an injured walker and attended alongside our colleagues from West Bay.
"She had slipped on the cliff path at Seatown and had sustained an ankle injury.
"The coastguard team was stood down on route as casualty was taken directly to hospital by a family member."
