Iconic ice cream parlour in Weymouth to reopen - with a job up for grabs
A FAMOUS ice cream shop in Weymouth is set to reopen for the season.
Rossi's Ice Cream Parlour, on the Esplanade, is reopening on Good Friday, April 15.
For more than 80 years, the family business has served countless treats to hungry customers.
The popular dessert destination usually closes during the winter, but queues are regularly seen outside the shop when it reopens for the season, especially on hot summer days.
Fulvio Figliolini, owner of the ice cream shop, said: "We're really excited to open Easter weekend. Hopefully the weather will be nice and it will be busy for everyone. Can’t wait to see all of our regular customers and welcome any new ones.
"We have one full-time job available."
