A WOMAN from north Dorset has been fined for driving without due care and attention.
Bridget Sheppard, whose address was given as Willow Way, Motcombe near Shaftesbury, was charged with driving a vehicle on a road without due care and attention.
The 52-year-old’s case was heard at South East Wiltshire Magistrates Court on Friday, April 1, where she entered a guilty plea.
The charge related to an incident on the A350 at Semley, Wiltshire.
As a result, the magistrates fined her £420, told her to pay costs of £85 and a £42 surcharge.
Sheppard’s driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
