A NEXT of kin appeal has been launched after a man died in Bridport.
The Coroner for Dorset is seeking the assistance of the public to find the next of kin of a man who lived in Bridport.
Simon Leslie Smith, who was 55 years old, died in the town on Friday, March 25. It is believed he was previously from Chard in Somerset.
Coroner’s Officer Ken McEwan said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious, however we have not been able to locate his next of kin.
“If any member of the public has any knowledge of his family members, please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 123900.”
