JASON MARK DURMAN, aged 46, of Brooklyn Road, Seaford, East Sussex.
Admitted, at Custom House Quay, Weymouth, stealing trawler netting and fishing equipment to the value of £1,002. To pay compensation of £1,002.

On 04/11/2020 at Maidstone, Kent used a motor vehicle on Darwin Avenue, when there was not in force in relation to that use a policy of third party insurance. Fined £400. To pay victim surcharge of £40, costs of £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. Also convicted of using a motor vehicle on Darwin Avenue, Maidstone, Kent, in accordance with a licence, namely in that he was a provisional licence holder, driving whilst unsupervised and without displaying L Plates.
