A WEYMOUTH gym is offering an unconventional but exciting fitness class that sees its participants bouncing on trampolines.
Boogie Bounce is a high energy, low impact workout to ‘get fit, have fun and bounce away fat’ to routines and music.
Otherwise known as trampolining or rebounding it comes with an array of health benefits such as a full body workout, burning calories, relieves stress, low impact on joints and ligaments and improves the lymphatic system.

The class is suitable for those aged 8 and over, and all shapes and sizes with trampolines holding up to 25 stone.
The class is Covid friendly with all trampolines ‘well-spaced out’ and cleaned before and after class.

To set the mood there will also be fairy and disco lights along with the routines and music.
Classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays at 6pm at MMAX Gym, Southill, Weymouth.
