An exciting new band will perform in rural Dorset next month.
The Loshn Klezmer Band will call in at Broadwindsor and Buckland Newton as part of their Artsreach tour.
Loshn are an exciting collaboration between some of the UK’s most established and acclaimed Klezmer musicians and the next generation of Klezmorim.
Fiddle player Anna Lowenstein and clarinetist John McNaughton are joined on accordion by Susi Evans, best-known as the clarinetist from She’koykh and The London Klezmer Quartet, who have previously enjoyed sell-out tours with Artsreach. Now these outstanding musicians come together as Loshn – a trio performing intimate, chamber music style Klezmer which explores the traditional music of Jewish Culture.
