A MAN has pleaded guilty to intending to deal drugs in two residential streets in Weymouth and is set to be sentenced at Crown Court later this month.
- Elijah La-Croix was charged with possessing with intent to supply cocaine and possessing with intent to supply cannabis at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Wednesday January 5.
La-Croix, who appeared via video link from HMP Winchester where he was on remand for other offences being dealt with at Crown Court, pleaded guilty to both charges.
The incident involving cocaine took place on January 15 last year in Queen Street, where the defendant was found to be in possession of six grams of the illegal class a substance.

The second charge related to an incident on the same day, January 15 2021, which took place in Hardwick Street where La-Croix was found to be in possession of 50g of cannabis.
La-Croix will now be sentenced at Bournemouth Crown Court on January 13 so the sentencing can be tied up with the defendants' other cases.
In the meantime the defendant was told to remain remanded in custody at HMP Winchester.
Originally La-Croix was also charged with two further offences; being concerned in the supply of cocaine and being concerned in the supply of a class b drug, however, these were dropped due to the guilty plea.
