A HOUSE in Dorset has been transformed into a Christmas wonderland, complete with dazzling lights and matching festive music, to raise money for charity.
The house, in Marlott Road, Gillingham, is illuminated at 4.30pm to 11pm every day. On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, the lights will be on all day.
Admirers of the colourful Christmas display, which took more than a year to put together, are asked to donate to the Help for Heroes charity if they wish.
Owner Andy said: “We are doing it all for Help For Heroes because there are a lot of veterans in the streets, especially with the pandemic, and we really should be helping people who fought for our freedoms.”
Donations can be made through the letterbox of the property at Marlott Road (SP8 4FA), or online via the Help for Hero's website quoting - GEN021128537
