A NUMBER of planning applications have been recently submitted to Dorset Council for the Dorchester area.
Plans have been unveiled for Dorset’s county town as well as neighbouring rural areas within the DT1 and DT2 postcodes.
These planning applications include:
• Listed building consent for the conversion of the building to create two new dwellings with associated parking and garden areas at Throop House, Throop Hollow, Throop
• Erection of agricultural building at Throop House, Throop Hollow, Throop
• Erect two dwellings and associated parking at 29 Dick O’ Th’ Banks Road, Crossways
• Erect external fire escape, balcony to south elevation, new garage doors and widen existing at Hilfield Manor, Hilfield Lane, Hilfield
• Installation of an Air Source Heat Pump in alleyway to the north of the main building at The Old School House, Tincleton
• Construction of lean-to extension to dwelling at 28 Frome Valley Road, Crossways
• Erect single storey rear extension at 17 Kingsbere Crescent, Dorchester
• Erection of an agricultural building at Cornfields Church Lane, Frampton
• Change of use of the land to site three shepherd huts, erect shower/WC block and create associated access road on land north of 29 Cattistock Road, Maiden Newton
• Continue use of woodland as campsite consisting of 12 pitches, a Yurt and moveable toilet/shower cubicles at Land in Southover Heath Wood, Southover Farm Access Road, Tolpuddle
