A WOMAN accused of a racially aggravated assault is to stand trial.
Pinque Lawes, aged 41, of Hamilton Place, Bridport, is charged with racially religiously aggravated common assault and beating and another charge of assault by beating, which are both alleged to have happened on Monday, November 16 last year in Bridport.
The alleged victim in the case is Ali Kamara.
At a previous hearing at Bournemouth Crown Court on Monday, July 26 this year, Lawes gave an indication of 'no plea' to the charges.
At the same court yesterday, a date for a three-day trial was set.
Lawes will next appear at Bournemouth Crown Court for trial on Wednesday, January 26 next year.
