A NURSING and social care company has been fined for failing to provide information to police in relation to a suspected driving offence.
Eleanor Nursing and Social Care Ltd, which has a registered address of Burnt Ash Road in London, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Vauxhall motor vehicle, having been required to do so on behalf of the Chief Officer of Dorset Police.
A representative from the company did not attend when the case was heard at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday November 23, with the case proven in their absence.
A fine of £660 was imposed, with the firm also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £110.
