DANIEL PAUL LANKSHEAR, aged 34, of Bedford Road, Weymouth. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court by failing to attend for a planned appointments with UP2U domestic abuse programme and for an unpaid work requirement. Fined £100. To pay costs of £60.
DAVID GEOFFREY STRANGE, aged 36, of St Alban Street, Weymouth. Admitted using towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. Must carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £90, costs of £85.
SCOTT MURRAY RONIE, aged 31, of Ranelagh Road, Weymouth. Admitted being in possession of a quantity of cannabis and cannabis resin, a controlled drug of class B. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £22, costs of £85. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
TOYAH ANN ROE, aged 25, of Maiden Street, Weymouth. Admitted, at Weymouth Railway Station, King Street, together with another individual, used or threatened unlawful violence towards another and her conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety. Community order made: To participate in rehabilitation activity and carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months. To pay victim surcharge of £95
ALEXANDER LUKE SANCHEZ, aged 20, of Old Castle Road, Weymouth. Admitted, at Weymouth, assaulted an individual by beating him. Community order made: must carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. To pay compensation of £250, victim surcharge of £95, costs of £85.
STEPHEN RODNEY TAYLOR, aged 42, of Verne Road, Weymouth. Admitted, at Weymouth Custody, Radipole Lane, Weymouth, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Fined £80. To pay victim surcharge of £34, costs of £40. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed by police. Also admitted committing a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 6 months for an offence of Battery. No action taken on breach.
JUSTIN LEE HOWARD, aged 47, of Holland Road, Weymouth. Admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 9 months. To pay victim surcharge of £22.

TARAN CHARLES LITTLE, aged 26, c/o Fortuneswell, Portland. Admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Dorset Magistrates' Court by failing to attend two telephone appointments. Ordered to continue; fined £100. To pay costs of £60.
AIDEN SMITH, aged 24, of Ayton Drive, Portland. Admitted, at Castletown, Portland, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. Fined £320. To pay victim surcharge of £34, costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

SADE CATHERINE SMITH, also known as SADE DEAR and SADE WAKE, aged 26, of Filbridge Rise, Sturminster Newton. Found guilty of using a motor vehicle on A357, Sturminster Newton, without third party insurance. Fined £660. To pay victim surcharge of £88, costs of £90. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also found guilty of driving a motor vehicle on A357 Sturminster Newton otherwise than in accordance with a licence, namely without supervision and no 'L' plates. Fined £220.
LEAH FOWLES, aged 46, of Kavanagh Close, Shaftesbury. Admitted driving a motor vehicle on Christies Lane, Shaftesbury, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath was 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay victim surcharge of £34, costs of £40. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
