FIREFIGHTERS have been at the scene of a dramatic car fire in Dorset today.
Earlier today a fire crew from Dorchester was mobilised to a car fire near Broadmayne. The car was extinguished by two breathing apparatus wearers who used a hose reel jet.
Soon afterwards, the crew was called to another incident, after a child had become locked inside a car in Dorchester.
A spokesman for the fire service said: "Crews gained access to the car without damage and reunited the child to the parents."
