A BUILDING for business units destroyed in a fire more than three years ago is set to reopen, with open days for potential tenants planned before the end of the year.
The scaffolding which has surrounded the Tower Building at St Michael's Trading Estate is set to come down in the coming weeks, with the work expected to be completed by late November.
A devastating fire tore through the Tower Building in July 2018 destroying art studios offices and offices.
Rebuilding works then began in November last year, after numerous delays due to dragged out negotiations between owners Haywards and Co, loss adjusters and contractors.
A series of open days at the estate, in which everyone who has registered their interest in a unit will be invited to, are now expected to take place in December.
