Also failed to provide documentary evidence for the absences within the required timescales. Admits breach. ADAM JOHN FLIPPENCE, aged 52, of Church Street, Weymouth. Admitted charge of complaint for committal to prison or for an order for disqualification from holding or obtaining a driving licence for non-payment of child support and costs of £1,351.64. Committed to prison for 7 days suspended for 2 years. Reason for custody: to pay child maintenance of £50 per month, first payment to be made in 28 days' time (11/11/2021).

NATHANIEL DOWNER, also known as NATHANIEL H E A MILLER, aged 38, of HMP Exeter.
Admitted, at HM YOI The Grove, Portland, assaulting an emergency worker, namely a prison officer, acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him. To pay compensation of £200.

WILLIAM HENRY COOK, aged 56, of High East Street, Dorchester. Found guilty of, at The Forum Centre Co-op, Trinity Street, Dorchester, stole Ciroc vodka to the value of £120 belonging to Co-operative Stores. Fined £180. To pay compensation of £120, to pay a victim surcharge of £34, costs of £85.
WEST DORSET
GARETH ALAN JOHN BEACH, aged 39, of Hemp Way, Bridport. Admitted assaulting a victim by beating her, at Bridport. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay compensation of £100, to pay a victim surcharge of £21, costs of £85.
NORTH DORSET
CLYDE DIBBEN, also known as GORDON CLYDE DIBBEN, aged 56, of Orchard Close, Fontmell Magna. Admitted charge of, without reasonable excuse, contacting an individual whilst prohibited from doing so by a restraining order imposed by Bournemouth Crown Court. Fined £200, to pay victim surcharge of £34, costs of £85.
