TEMPERATURES across Dorset are beginning to drop as winter draws closer.
For the upcoming weekend the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for wind and rain on Saturday afternoon, continuing into the evening.
The Met Office has warned people that delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are all likely, as well as for high-sided vehicles.
They also warn that some short term loss of power is possible.
Coastal routes and sea fronts are likely to be impacted by coast spray over the course of Saturday and flooding on roads may occur.
As a result the outlook for Saturday is pretty wet as the coastal county is hit with stormy weather.
Sunday’s outlook fares better with the chance of rain very slim and temperatures potentially reaching as high as 15 degrees.
