A road was closed following a serious crash involving a tractor which caught fire after leaving the carriageway and going into woods.

Police said the B3390 Waddock Drove, near Moreton, is currently closed between the A35 and Crossways following a single-vehicle road traffic collision involving a tractor.

Police said the tractor left the road and went into woods before catching fire.

Police officers, paramedics and the fire service are at the scene.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.

Waddock Drove runs north of Waddock Cross (Clouds Hill/Pallington junctions) up towards Affpuddle.
