A NUMBER of planning applications have been recently submitted to Dorset Council for the Dorchester area.
Plans have been unveiled for Dorset’s county town as well as neighbouring rural areas within the DT1 and DT2 postcodes.
These planning applications include:
• Erection of guest house and demolition of existing buildings at Muston Down Farm, Birch Lane, Druce, Dorchester
• Erect two storey side/rear extension to house with open porch, render new and existing house and replace windows and build detached garage at 37 Grosvenor Road, Dorchester
• Erection of agricultural building at Looke Farm House, Looke Lane, Litton Cheney
• Proposed stopping up of highway at William Avenue, Poundbury, Dorchester at Dorset County Hospital
• Erect a single-storey extension to the side and rear elevation at 1 Bellbury Close, Puddletown
• Erection of side and rear extensions to include garage and access improvements at 2 North Street, Charminster
• Replace garage roof at 4 Brook Close, Charminster
• Proposed retractable pool enclosure at Moorlane House, Moor Lane, Briantspuddle
• Six wooden poles to supply electricity at Toller Porcorum
• External alterations to roof, windows and door at Turnpike Cottage, Weymouth Road, Martinstown
• Erection of replacement extension at 4 Leggs Mead, School Lane, Askerswell
• Demolish a flint boundary wall and to erect a ground floor extension at 4 The Rocks West End, Cattistock
