A WARNING has been issued to landlords and tenants.
Fire crews across Dorset are urging landlords to 'get up to speed' with their responsibilities in relation to adequate and up-to-date gas safety equipment.
Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service (DWFRS) is urging landlords to not ignore their safety responsibilities - while also urging tenants to know their rights.

A spokeswoman from DWFRS said: "Whether you’re a landlord or a tenant, gas safety in rented properties is not something you can ignore.
"Get up to speed with your responsibilities as a landlord, and your rights as a tenant."
