A POPULAR seafood restaurant will close from Monday due to staff shortages.
Les Enfants Terribles, on Custom House Quay, will be closed from Monday, September 20 until Wednesday, September 29 following the departure of sous chef Carl White who has worked at the restaurant for a year.
The restaurant will then reopen every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday until more staff are brought in.

Eric Tavernier, owner and chef at Les Enfants Terribles, said: "I have already given a thousand thank yous this year so it would only be fair to give the next one to Carl White, our sous chef, who after a year of hard work has decided to move on. We wish him very well.
"Unfortunately with insufficient staff we have decided to close from Monday, September 20 to Wednesday, September 29.
"Thereafter we will reopen weekly from Wednesday to Saturday until we restaff."
