The charges relate to a back pack, two Canon cameras, camera bag, two laptops, laptop bag, two hard drives, gaming keyboard, gaming mouse, Audi and Mercedes car key, and coins.
Both were notified by letter on Thursday, July 29 to appear at Weymouth Magistrates' Court, but neither defendants appeared in court to enter a plea.
Prosecuting, Richard Oakley said: "They are not here and I assume they were aware of the hearing. We have heard nothing from them."
Chairman of Magistrates, Robert Ford, issued an arrest warrant without bail.
A court date will be set after their arrest.
