A MERCEDES has been seized in rural Dorset after reportedly been linked to rural crimes and motoring offences.

Patrolling officers from Dorset Police's Dorset Rural Crime Team seized the vehicle in Lytchett Matravers.

Dorset Police say the vehicle is allegedly linked to offences against wildlife, criminal damage to crop and illegal off-roading.

The vehicle has also reportedly been driven without insurance and was incorrectly registered.
