Trains are being held up on the Weymouth-Waterloo line after a passenger was taken ill at Wool.
South Western Railway (SWR) said the line towards Weymouth is blocked.
Train services running through this station may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 2.15pm.
A SWR spokesman said: "We have been informed that a passenger has been taken ill on a train at Wool. This means that the Weymouth bound line is blocked.
"For further information or onward travel advice please speak to a member of staff or use a station help point.
"We are very sorry for any delay that this may cause to your journey."
