CAR parks in Weymouth town centre are 'largely full' as tourists flock to the town.
Travel Dorset, which is run by Dorset Council, has shared that the town's main car parks are 'largely full' with 'busy' traffic around the town today (Tuesday, August 24).
Interactive travel services show that there are delays on a number of key routes through Weymouth, including Abbotsbury Road, King Street, Commercial Road and along the seafront.
As a result, drivers are being advised to use the park and ride service at Mount Pleasant Park and Ride.
Motorists in the area are also being urged to allow plenty of journey time if travelling around Weymouth.

Webcams around Weymouth appear to show a busy beach and people walking along the seafront as tourists and daytrippers aim to make the most out of the warm weather.
