A TEAM of legal eagles are hoping to fly high with their fundraising efforts - as they attempt to pull a 35,000 kg Boeing 737.
Led by managing partners Paul Dunlop and Partner Ben Jones an intrepid crew of 20 from Dorset law firm Blanchards Bailey LLP - which has branches in Weymouth, Poundbury, Blandford and Shaftesbury - will have their work cut out to succeed in the gruelling task.
The team are hoping to raise more than £1,000 for mental health charity Dorset Mind’s GAP project by pulling the narrow-bodied airliner 50 metres.

Mr Jones said: "Mental health awareness is so vital - now more than ever.
"Our lifestyles have been considerably different over the last 18 months and the restricted contact we have endured has had a huge impact on people’s mental wellbeing.
"The GAP Project helps people overcome those difficulties by facilitating safe and secure interaction with others in a relaxing outdoor environment which is conducive to positive mental health.
"Our team will also be volunteering time at the allotments to make sure they are in tip-top condition."
The heavyweight effort will take place at the Dorset Plane Pull 2021 hosted by European Skybus on Bournemouth Airport’s Aviation Park on Monday, August 30.
The GAP Project is award-winning Blanchards Bailey LLP’s charity for the year - as selected by staff at the firm.
It provides eco-therapy support services to help improve people’s mental health by connecting with others and tending to allotments at Louds Mill in Dorchester.
The aim is to get people outside and be more active by gardening and maintaining the charity’s allotments.
The project was created by Dorset Mind in partnership with Meyers Estate Agents - the idea of founders Mark and Claire Meyers as a result of lived experience in their family.
They wanted to create a community project that would inspire people and bring them together to benefit the local area.
Mr Jones added: "The GAP project has recently taken on a second premises at Red Cow Farm in Dorchester to form a new eco therapy garden.
"We’re looking forward to helping the GAP project get the land ready for the next phase of this exciting initiative."
Dorset Plane Pull was founded in 2009 by Richard Griffin and Peter, Kyrie and Carl Feltham in memory of family members who died from Motor Neurone Disease and friend John Thornton, who was killed while serving as a Royal Marine in Afghanistan.
Blanchards Bailey is headquartered in Blandford.
