A SUPERMARKET in Weymouth has said its free air and water machine has broken again - just weeks after being fixed.
The machine at Sainsbury's in Mercery Road was fixed in July after being out of action since mid-February, much to the annoyance of customers looking to pump up their tyres free of charge.
Unlike other petrol stations and supermarkets, Sainsbury's is known to provide machines that allow customers to use their air and water machines at no cost while other sites charge between 20p and £1.

A Sainsbury's spokeswoman said: "The machine is regularly serviced and it needs some new parts which we're waiting to receive at the moment.
"The air and water machine at our Weymouth petrol filling station is temporarily unavailable.
"We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer this service again soon."
While the machine remains out of action, the nearest air pump station is located at the nearby Morrisons, which charges 20p.
