A PRESTIGIOUS Queen's Award for Enterprise could be up for grabs for companies across Dorset.
Dorset Chamber, a leading business support and networking organisation, is calling on businesses or non-profit organisations across the county - that import and export - to apply for the Queen's Award for Enterprise, which includes four categories.

Applicants must be based in the UK, file its Company Tax Returns with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), be a self-contained enterprise that markets its own products or services and is under its own management, have at least two full-time UK employees or part-time equivalents, and demonstrate strong corporate social responsibility.

A spokesman from Dorset Chamber, said: We're calling on Dorset companies that export and import.
"You could receive a prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise if you meet the business and category criteria."
The categories include international trade, innovation, sustainable development, and promoting opportunity through social mobility.
The deadline for the applicants is September 8.
