A VULNERABLE man was rescued from a cliff edge on Portland.
Emergency crews were called to the scene at Portland Bill yesterday evening
A spokesman for Weymouth and Portland Police said: "We were sent to reports of a concern for welfare of a male at Portland Bill.
"On arrival, officers located a male at the water's edge. The male was eventually taken from the cliff top and led to safety.
"He is now receiving the care that he needs at hospital. Coastguard were also called to assist at scene."
