THERE has been no recorded Covid-19 related deaths across Dorset hospitals for more than two months, according to figures from NHS England.
The figures show the last recorded coronavirus-related death across Dorset was recorded 64 days ago, according to figures released on Tuesday July 6.
At Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester, the figure reveal there have been 111 deaths during the pandemic - with the last record coronavirus death at that site on March 31.
The total number of Covid-19 at Dorset Healthcare Universities Trust since the start of the pandemic is 73 - with the last recorded coronavirus death at that site on March 14.
Death rates across the county have continued to fall since the rollout of the vaccination programme.
Figures show that 737 people have died of coronavirus in University Hospitals Dorset (UHD) since the start of the pandemic - with the last recorded death at that site on May 3.
UHD incorporates the former Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals Trust, as well as Poole Hospital.
