A NUMBER of planning applications have been recently submitted to Dorset Council for the Dorchester area.
Plans have been unveiled for Dorset’s county town as well as neighbouring rural areas within the DT1 and DT2 postcodes.
Here are the latest planning applications submitted to Dorset Council for the Dorchester area:
• Erect extension to agricultural building at Pound Farm, Old Sherborne Road, Cerne Abbas
• Erect two storey side extension to include carport, utility room, living area and accommodation in the roof space and demolish existing outbuildings at 47 Back Lane, Cerne Abbas
• Erection of extension to outbuilding to create additional garage and storage at Catsley House, Catsley Lane, Corscombe
• Erect rear extension beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling at 47 Damers Road, Dorchester
• Tree works at Kingston Maurward Agricultural College. Kingston Maurward House, West Entrance Lane, Kingston Maurward
• Tree works at 6 East Street, Sydling St Nicholas
• Tree works at 2A East Hill, Charminster
• Tree works at Flat 1, Wadham House, 50 High West Street, Dorchester
• Tree works at Old Rectory, Rectory Lane, Puncknowle
• Tree works at 10 Old Brickfields, Broadmayne
• Tree works at 36 Glyde Path Road, Dorchester
