A WEYMOUTH woman will go on trial accused of selling puppies without a licence.
Coralee Brown, of Preston Road, allegedly sold puppies at her address without a licence in accordance with Animal Welfare Regulations, Weymouth Magistrates Court heard.

Brown is also charged with allegedly falsely stating or giving the false impression that the sale of the puppies as pets was legal.
Brown appeared at court and pleaded not guilty to both charges.
She will next appear at Weymouth Magistrates Court on September 17.
