FEWER than 10 new coronavirus cases have been recorded across Dorset, according to the latest statistics.
The latest Government figures show six people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the county in the 24 hours leading up to 4pm on Monday, May 31.
In the Dorset Council area, a single new case was reported. Since the beginning of the pandemic, there has been 11,955 Covid-19 cases confirmed across the local authority area.
The number of coronavirus cases over the latest rolling seven-day period for the Dorset Council area is 11 cases, and the case rate is 2.9 per 100,000 people.

Five new cases were recorded across the BCP Council, taking the total number of coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic to 25,488.
The rolling seven-day period for the BCP is 24 cases, with a case rate of 6.1 per 100,000 people.
During the course of the coronavirus pandemic, there has been 37,443 cases of Covid-19 confirmed across Dorset.
Elsewhere, the New Forest area recorded three new coronavirus cases. The total number of coronavirus cases since the start of the pandemic stands within the New Forest at 6,230.
The seven-day total for New Forest is nine, with a case rate of five per 100,000 people.
Across the UK, 3,383 new cases of the Covid-19 virus were recorded, taking the total number of corornavirus cases since the start of the pandemic to 4,487,339.
