POLICE patrols have increased in a Dorset village after vandals smashed in car windows and the window of a home.
Police said they received reports 'several' car windows were 'smashed in' and a home was also attacked in Abbotsbury during the early hours of Monday morning.
A Dorset Police spokesman said: "We have been made aware of reports early on Monday, May 24 that several car windows were smashed in Abbotsbury and also a residential window.
"Neighbourhood Policing Team have been patrolling for reassurance and enquiries are ongoing."
