A FIRE broke out in a barn in a village in west Dorset yesterday evening.
Firefighters were called out to Wootton Fitzpaine at 8.35pm yesterday when a fire broke out in a barn.
The fire was caused by an electrical fault and damaged five per cent of the building.
Crews used two hose reel jets and one CO2 extinguisher to extinguish the blaze.
A spokesman for Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews have attended a barn fire this evening, the fire was caused by an electrical fault, two hose reel jets and one CO2 extinguisher were used to bring the fire under control and approximately five percent of the barn was damaged."
