PUBLIC toilets in Weymouth had to close yesterday after 'mindless' vandalism attack.
Weymouth Town Council said they had to close the public toilets on Maiden Street because it "appeared people were stuffing things down the toilet that shouldn't be stuffed down there."
The toilets were closed for much of Saturday afternoon.
People commented their outrage at the incident on social media calling it "mindless vandalism" and "awful".
This is not the first time Maiden Street toilets have been the target of a vandalism attack.
Only last week Maiden Street disabled toilets had to close after the sink in one of the disabled cubicles was smashed off the wall.
