ONE LANE of the A35 is closed to allow for repairs to a pothole.
One lane on the A35 Puddletown Bypass westbound has been closed from Two Droves (Puddletown) to B3150 Stinsford Hill (Stinsford Roundabout, Dorchester).
The roads has been closed so emergency repairs can be carried out on a large, deep pothole.

Highways South West are on the scene.
The road has been repaired by the new tarmac needs time to dry. The road is expected to reopen by 2pm.
#A35 Westbound between the B3142 #Puddletown and the B3150 #Stinsford. The carriageway has now been repaired but the new tarmac needs time to fully set before it can be safely re-opened. We estimate that all lanes will be re-opened by 2pm. We will let you know when clear.
